Elizabeth H.S. Wyatt

Elizabeth H.S. Wyatt, one of our directors since June 2002, held various senior management positions over a period of twenty years at Merck & Co., Inc., most recently, from 1992 to 2000, as Vice President, Corporate Licensing. She also served in leadership positions in corporate licensing from 1980 to 1992 at Merck. Previously, she held administrative positions at Harvard Business School, Doyle Dane Bernbach, and Boston College. Ms. Wyatt is a director of The Medicines Company, a biopharmaceutical company She received her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, her M.Ed. in education from Boston University, and her B.A. from Sweet Briar College, Virginia.
