More than 1,500 academic investigators worldwide are using or have used ARIAD's cell-signaling regulation technology in diverse areas of research, and over 350 scientific papers describing their use have been published. Non-exclusive licensing by pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies also is available for internal drug discovery research and/or to support third-party sponsored collaborations. Commercial licenses are provided with designated proprietary biological materials and protocols as needed to practice the applications of interest.
