ARIAD offers five Regulation Kits based on our ARGENT and RPD technologies for distribution without cost to the academic community. For a detailed description of each kit, click on the kit name below.
These are dimerizer-based kits for activating signaling molecules and the signal transduction pathways they control. They include vectors encoding drug-binding domains for the creation of fusion proteins, and a small molecule dimerizer to induce their association. The Homodimerization Kit allows a single cell-signaling protein to be dimerized with itself. The Heterodimerization Kit permits two distinct cell-signaling proteins to be specifically dimerized with each other.
These are dimerizer-based kits for controlling the transcription of a gene by using a dimerizer compound to regulate the activity of a transcription factor. They include constructs encoding regulated transcription factors and target promoter for insertion of the gene of interest, incorporated into either plasmid or retroviral vectors and a dimerizer.
This is a RPD Kit for regulating protein secretion and other activities of proteins by controlling their aggregation state. It includes vectors encoding a self-aggregating protein domain for the creation of fusion proteins, and a RPD ligand to induce disaggregation.
When you are ready to order a Kit, create a user profile and tell us which kit(s) you would like. To learn more about the Regulation Kits in general, see the overview.
